Sandra Sabatés

Sandra Sabatés is one of the most relevant journalists in the Spanish media scene with a unique, influential voice. Her career has been a thrilling journey, starting as a local news presenter. Since 2012, Sabatés has been the standout host of the hugely popular and humorous news show El Intermedio (La Sexta). Her impressive work has earned her prestigious mentions, including the CIMA TV Festival Award in Vitoria and the Meninas Award 2018, both recognizing her impactful segment "Mujer tenía que ser." Sabatés' excellence in broadcasting was further celebrated with the Ondas Award 2018 for Best Television Presenter. She is also the author of Fight Like a Girl and Don’t Tell Me Stories, and a contributor to the compelling anthology Voices That Count.
