Ariadna Castellarnau studied Spanish Language and Literature and Comparative Literature at the University of Barcelona. From 2009 to 2016, she lived in Buenos Aires, where she worked as a cultural reporter for the country’s main journalistic outlets. Her first novel, Burn, was published by Gog y Magog (Argentina) y Catedral (España). She won the Las Américas International Prize for the best Latin American Novel in 2015 and recently was awarded Grand Prix de l’Imaginaire 2023 for best foreign novella.
